Lucas (Japanese: コウキ Kōki) is a recurring character in The Space-Time Series and a rival of Lewis.

Lucas's Monferno		Chimchar → Monferno
		Main article: Lucas's Monferno Chichar is Lucas' first known Pokémon, and his starter Pokémon. He received Chimchar from Professor Rowan prior to the start of The Space-Time Series. In his debut, Chimchar accompanied its Trainer to Lake Verity to try and find the Legendary Pokémon of the lake, although they were unsuccessful. Chimchar then had a brief battle against Aipom, but it was interrupted by the appearance of Mesprit. In Seeing Double!, Chimchar partnered up with Lucas' new Elekid against Lewis' Murkrow and Piplup. After a tough battle, Chimchar was eventually defeated by a Bubble Beam from Piplup. Chimchar's known moves are Scratch, Flamethrower, Flame Wheel and Acrobatics.

Lucas's Electivire		Elekid → Electabuzz → Electivire
		Main article: Lucas's Electivire Elekid is Lucas' second known Pokémon. It first appeared in Seeing Double!, where it partnered with Chimchar to battle Lewis' Murkrow and Piplup. Despite holding the type advantage over both opponents, Elekid was eventually defeated by Murkrow's Assurance. It was revealed to have evolved into Electabuzz in A Three-Way Operation! and evolved into Electivire in Trade Secrets! after being traded for Lewis' Magmar.

Lucas's Buizel		Buizel
		Buizel is Lucas' third known Pokémon. It had a battle against Lewis' Piplup in Pop Goes the Buizel!, which ended in a tie. Buizel was used again by Lucas to battle Team Galactic in A Three-Way Operation! Buizel's known moves are Aqua Jet, Sonic Boom and Razor Wind.

Lucas's Lickitung		Lickitung
		Lickitung is Lucas' fourth known Pokémon, first appearing in Gettin' a Lick On! It battled against Lewis' Rotom and won despite the type disadvantage. Lickitung's known moves are Lick, Headbutt and Bind.

Temporary

		Magmar → Magmortar ♂
		Main article: Lewis's Magmortar Lucas received Lewis' Magmar in a trade in Trade Secrets!, after which it immediately evolved into Magmortar. After becoming separated, the two worked together to return tov the Pokémon Centre. Upon everyone reuniting, the trade was reversed and Magmortar returned to Lewis. Under Lucas' command, Magmortar used Flamethrower and Rock Slide.
